Sony BDP-CX960 400 Disc Blu-ray Disc / DVD MegaChanger (Black) Review
I previously owned the Sony DVP-CX995V 400-disc DVD changer, and it was so-so: If you wanted to use the unit’s directory for selecting a DVD and then play it, you had to fiddle with a slide switch on the remote!!! Other user interface issues were just as archaic, and it missed getting the titles of many (about 65%) DVDs off the media (whereas my PC did just fine).

Sony BDP-S301 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player BD/DVD/CD Playback Review
Hello I am writing this review because of the many negative reviews are getting this profile 1.0 player, which in my opinion bad for an appointment! Let me first say that I own 3 of these units and a bdp s500, which also have a great player from sony.I my original unit for 2 years without significant problems on any property! First of all, to all the readers who think may not know the firmware up to date, but the most important thing about this device if you are any firmware that you need a complete reboot of the system do not update! AfterFirmware is completed turn the power back on without a disc until it is completely powers on.Then press down and hold the stop button with one hand and press the power button and hold both until the device switches down.After you have that power ended on the unit again and set all the settings you need, because this, in that you need all your old settings away, so you re-enter this is the only pain associated with this device! I do this every time I have a firmware update and have never had a problemwith any of them to freeze off etc! Also a buy maxell blu-ray disc lens cleaner, which has small holes in the disk and creates a wind that lazer measures to clear away dust on the lens! Do not use a brush lazer lens cleaning discs in a blu ray player, because it can ruin the lens!
